Lisa Busto is a Project Manager and Graphic Artist with Parks Consulting Services, where she works on a wide range of projects including municipal development review, long‑range planning, graphic design, grant writing, and grant administration. A member of the Parks Consulting team since 2017, she plays a key role in organizing project workflows, preparing public‑facing materials, and supporting the firm’s planning and environmental projects across Central Florida.
Lisa regularly participates in bi‑monthly municipal planning meetings and attends council and planning and zoning hearings, where she helps present development proposals, planning studies, and visual materials to elected officials and the public. Her ability to translate technical planning and environmental information into clear, engaging graphics and narratives helps communities better understand proposals and policy decisions.
In addition to her project management responsibilities, Lisa assists the team in producing environmental planning reports, including layout, editing, and visual design. She supports branding and outreach efforts for Parks Consulting Services and uses her marketing and communications background to strengthen client and stakeholder engagement.
Outside of Parks Consulting Services, Lisa serves as Director of Community Engagement at the National Entrepreneur Center in Orlando, where she leads programs that connect small businesses with resources, training, and mentorship. She has been recognized with the National Entrepreneur Center’s Impact Award for her dedication to entrepreneurs and community partners.
With a background in events and marketing, Lisa also helps coordinate campaign events for CEO Sean Parks and contributes to the firm’s business development activities, including proposals and outreach campaigns. Her combination of organizational skills, creative design talent, and community engagement experience makes her a key contributor to both Parks Consulting’s internal operations and its external partnerships.
