Ivy Parks

Ivy Parks is the owner of Parks Consulting Services, where she has played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth and operations since its inception in 2012. Drawing on a strong background in business administration and international business, she oversees strategic planning, financial management, and project support for a diverse portfolio of public- and private-sector clients across Central Florida.

Before assuming ownership and leadership responsibilities at Parks Consulting Services, Ivy built her career in human resources and business operations, including serving as a senior specialist in human resources. This experience sharpened her ability to develop people-centered processes, strengthen organizational culture, and implement efficient administrative systems that support long-term performance.

Ivy’s commitment to education and community service is reflected in her appointment to the Lake–Sumter State College District Board of Trustees, where she helps guide institutional policy and supports student success and workforce development initiatives. She also participates in local school and parent–teacher activities, underscoring her dedication to investing in the next generation of leaders.

Ivy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in international business from the University of Central Florida. Her blend of entrepreneurial leadership, technical business training, and hands-on community engagement positions her as a trusted partner to clients seeking practical, results-driven consulting support.
